The East Van Buren Facility was being redesigned by Rolando J. Gutierrez, Architects. Owner Rolando Gutierrez needed a construction team that shared his architecture firms’ principal service philosophy of empowering clients, “to demand more than anyone has the right to expect.” WestScott Construction Inc., known for getting the job done right the first time, was a perfect match for the East Van Buren renovation project.
The renovation was comprehensive and thorough. Westcott supervised the demolition and replacement of the facility’s Ground Floor (approx. 3,027 sq ft.). New doors, ceilings, and plumbing fixtures were all taken out by WestScott’s proficient team of experts.
