The Studios at LeMoyne

WestScott Construction renovated the LeMoyne Arts Event Venue and Art Studios with a range of major upgrades. The project included new handicap-accessible parking, a poured concrete slab for the parking lot and a newly constructed outdoor garden and event area enclosed by concrete walls. The team replaced the balcony, installed new windows and repainted the building’s exterior. Inside, they refinished the stairwell, completely gutted the top floor and built out new art studio spaces, a kitchen, bathroom, mop sink area and more. For the ground-level event venue, they also added three outdoor decks using durable Trex decking.
