Greenville Depot
The Greenville Depot needed an interior and exterior refresh and WestScott Construction was ready to tackle the job. For the interior of the railway depot, WestScott installed new wood paneling, ran new base and quarteround, enclosed a doorway and made a cased opening to conjoin the two offices. This was followed by an installation of new LVT flooring through the offices and bathrooms as well as a new door and door jam. Finally, the interior was finished with a coat of fresh paint.
For the exterior, WestScott installed a new 28ga metal roof and new soffit and fascia around the entire building. The entire building was pressure washed and repainted, followed by the installation of a new garage roll-up door to the warehouse. Additionally, WestScott framed in three exterior doors, replaced damaged siding and repaired exterior wood rot.
