General Services Administration Office

WestScott Construction recently completed a renovation of the General Services Administration office on Pensacola Street that emphasizes openness, functionality and comfort. By removing interior walls and creating a more spacious layout, we’ve fostered a collaborative environment while adding new office spaces. A modern kitchenette was also incorporated, offering a convenient space for team breaks. To improve comfort and energy efficiency, a new HVAC system was installed, along with updated flooring throughout the office. Custom stained solid core doors add an elegant touch. This renovation not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space but also provides an upgraded environment that supports productivity and team well-being.
