Duck Donuts

When faced with the challenge of converting a non-restaurant space in one of Tallahassee’s oldest shopping centers into a new dining establishment, Duck Donuts, WestScott Construction didn’t shy away from the challenge. Converting the space Duck Donuts now occupies required a near-full demolition of the existing exercise studio. This involved completely re-plumbing the space for water service and sanitary sewer. After removing multiple slabs and stripping the interior, WestScott completely removed all walls, fixtures and finishes.

To renovate the new space, their designers invested in specialty fixtures and finishes, giving Duck Donuts a unique atmosphere.
